Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be free from sweat, odor, stains, scuffs, scratches, damage, or any signs of training use, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please note that authorized returns may need to be sent back to our central fulfillment warehouse in China.

Unauthorized returns, including items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization, will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, tracking fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges related to returning the item to China, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item confirmed by our team.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item confirmed by our team, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning any item. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, rejected, or held by customs during return transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, photos of the outer shipping package, the shipping label, and a brief description of the problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request additional photos, videos, or information before approving a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, worn, washed, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

These include hand wraps, mouthguards, and other personal-contact protective equipment.

Custom-made products, personalized equipment, final-sale items, clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, and gift cards are also not eligible for return.

Products showing signs of use, sweat, odor, stains, scratches, impact marks, deformation, damaged packaging, missing tags, or other conditions that affect resale may be rejected or may not qualify for a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item first. Once the return is accepted and approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, the item must be returned unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging, unless the product qualifies for a legal exception.

Sealed hygiene or personal protective products cannot be returned once opened.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to China and any related customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may reject the refund or offer a partial refund at our discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
