Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

  1. Fulfillment Location

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in China or from other fulfillment locations that may be used by us from time to time.

All eligible orders are shipped with tracking whenever available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping rates and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order value, and selected shipping method.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, incorrect shipping information, remote-area delivery conditions, weather, public holidays, peak-season volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, customs fees, local taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipping method, destination, or checkout page clearly states that duties and taxes are included, then those charges will be handled according to the terms shown at checkout.

  1. Customs Clearance and Buyer Cooperation

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and any required customs clearance information.

Depending on the destination country or region, customs or the local carrier may require additional information, such as a phone number, tax identification number, personal customs clearance code, real-name verification, or other import verification details.

For example:

South Korean customers may be required to provide a valid Personal Customs Clearance Code, also known as PCCC.

Taiwan customers may be required to complete real-name customs verification through the EZ WAY app or other official customs verification process.

If a package is delayed, rejected, returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to incorrect shipping information, failure to complete customs clearance, refusal to pay required duties or taxes, or failure to cooperate with customs or the carrier, the customer may be responsible for related costs, including shipping fees, return fees, customs fees, and other non-refundable charges.

  1. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing an order.

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, or other related charges.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nbnlboxing.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address once the order has started processing or has been shipped.

  1. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@nbnlboxing.com.

If the outer shipping package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please take clear photos or videos of the package and product immediately and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, tracking number, photos or videos, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with the carrier where appropriate. Resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation results, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and the condition of the product received.

  1. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building reception, local mailroom, or the local carrier.

After checking locally, please contact us at support@nbnlboxing.com with your order number and tracking number.

We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped to certain countries, regions, addresses, remote areas, P.O. boxes, military addresses, freight forwarders, or locations restricted by carriers, customs rules, payment risk controls, or applicable laws.

If we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where applicable.
