We ship orders from our fulfillment location in China or from other fulfillment locations that may be used by us from time to time.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, remote-area delivery conditions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information where available.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier first and then contact us for support.

Boxing, sparring, combat sports, heavy bag training, pad work, and other high-impact physical activities involve inherent risks.
These risks may include but are not limited to bruises, cuts, sprains, fractures, concussions, dental injuries, eye injuries, joint injuries, neurological injury, and other serious or long-term physical harm.
Our products are designed to provide support, protection, comfort, and training performance within their intended use. However, no boxing glove, hand wrap, mouthguard, groin protector, or other combat sports equipment can eliminate all risk of injury.
By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. You participate in boxing, combat sports, and training activities at your own risk.
2. You are responsible for using the products properly and only for their intended purpose.
3. You should train under qualified supervision where appropriate.
4. You should inspect your equipment before each use, including padding condition, closures, stitching, straps, and overall structural integrity.
5. You should stop using any product that appears damaged, worn out, defective, or unsafe.
6. You should seek professional medical advice before participating in strenuous physical activity if you have any health concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NO BOXING NO LIFE shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or health consequences resulting from improper use, misuse, failure to inspect equipment, unsafe training practices, lack of supervision, or participation in combat sports activities.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
